What happened at Musho Mini Festival 2010 ?

The Performing Arts Network of South Africa (PANSA) KZN hosted

the 5th Musho International Theatre Festival of One and Two Person Theatre.

It took place at Catalina Theatre from 14 - 17 January 2010.

This year’s festival was dubbed Musho Mini festival because it was hosted on a reduced scale this year as none of the funders and partners who traditionally support Musho were able to offer funding this time, so the festival ran over a weekend with productions gleaned mostly from in and around Durban.

Musho – Zulu for an enthusiastic praise response, something similar to “Bravo!” - embraces all true and accepted forms of theatre: from mime to physical theatre, drama to comedy-theatre. It pays tribute to the smaller works featuring one and two performers.
