ACTIVATE is a full 5-day exciting opportunity to see shows by top local and international artists, and to attend fantastic educational and enjoyable workshops by theatre professionals for free! This programme aims to inspire, encourage and teach young artists and theatre-makers a variety of skills in visual theatre and puppetry. This is an opportunity for emerging theatre-makers, community theatre groups, artist, and puppetry or visual theatre enthusiasts to meet, network and share ideas.
This is an intensive program where you will learn real skills for the future, build new networks in the theatre industry, and have loads of fun! We invite all emerging theatre makers, artists and individuals, from previously disadvantaged backgrounds interested in puppetry and visual theatre to apply for this program.
ACTIVATE runs at the Baxter Theatre and Little Theatre Complex, from Monday 22nd – 28th March excluding Wednesday 24th March and Thursday 25th March
