Johannes Heinrich Koch is a character i have been working on since december 2009. He arose out of a fascination with "the new age homosexual" who has replaced the materialism of his youth with yoga and pop spiritualism and positive thinking.

The style of monologue is inspired by comedian Chris Liley, the writers and actors of Arrested Development and the genre of awkward humour made famous by Ricky Gervais.
