How to submit your video/audio file

TUESDAY 23 Feb – THEATRICAL TRAILER

PARTICIPATION:	Open to any one

SUBMISSION:	Online file and email must be submitted by Tuesday 00:00
	Upload your file to either YouTube (video) or SoundCloud (audio)
	Send an email with the names of the participants/team, the title of your “play”, and the link to the file to live@pansa.org with TRAILER in the subject line

VOTING:	Online through pansa.org.za
	Closes at 00:00 Wednesday

REQUIREMENTS:	a computer with an internet connection
	Video or Audio capturing device

TASK:	To create a video or audio trailer for your production (no longer than one minute). Make the online audience want to come and see your play! Maximum length is 1 minute.

LOGISTICS:	To submit video files you must upload them to You Tube (Get a Youtube account) To submit audio files you must upload them to Sound Cloud (Sign up to SoundCloud) Trailers can be made for actual or fictional productions Max length 1 minute

ON DAY:	Your file will have to be submitted the day before (Monday) so on Tuesday simply direct your friends to the PANSA website where they can watch and choose their favourite trailer.

VIEWING:	PANSA will embed each submission onto the PANSA website.. The online audience will be allowed to vote for their favourite trailer.

NEXT STEP:	The winning trailer (after online voting has closed, at midnight, and all votes have been counted) will be put forward for THE FINAL BYTE session on Sunday (R10 000 Grand Prize). The curator of the festival will contact to liaise with you.

GENERAL NOTES:	All rights to the material generated from CT Live! will rest with the artists. The artists will give PANSA the rights to perform the work and will give PANSA and the Department of Economic Development and Tourism the right to hold the material for archival purposes and use the material for promotional purposes To enter the competition for R10,000 - at least one member of the presenting team must be a resident of the Western Cape. Participants can: submit multiple entries for the day submit entries for other days of the festival take part in the OFFLINE/OFFLINE/LIVE section of the festival
